We built Mouse because we were tired of watching solo founders and small teams waste hours on repetitive tasks that software should be handling automatically. Copying data between apps. Manually sending follow-up emails. Updating spreadsheets by hand. It's 2025 — you shouldn't be doing any of that.

With this first release, you can connect your favorite tools, build automation workflows in minutes using our drag-and-drop builder, and let Mouse run everything in the background while you focus on what actually matters — growing your business.

What's included in v1.0.0: Workflow builder with drag-and-drop interface. Support for 50+ app integrations including Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Airtable, and more. Real-time workflow monitoring dashboard. Email and webhook triggers. Multi-step automation chains. Secure account management with two-factor authentication. Mobile-responsive dashboard so you can manage workflows from anywhere.

This is version 1.0 — which means it's solid, it works, and there is a lot more coming. Thank you for being here at the beginning.

We spent the first three weeks after launch reading every single piece of feedback you sent us. This update is our answer.

The most common thing we heard was simple — people wanted things to be faster and more reliable. So we rebuilt the core workflow execution engine from the ground up. Workflows now run up to 2x faster than v1.0.0. We also fixed a handful of bugs that were causing occasional failures in multi-step automations, which we know was frustrating. Those are gone now.

We also added 10 new app integrations that you asked for the most. You can now connect Mouse directly with Gmail, Outlook, HubSpot, Stripe, Typeform, Calendly, Trello, Asana, Discord, and LinkedIn. Whether you're automating your sales pipeline, syncing your calendar with your CRM, or routing form responses into your project board — Mouse now handles it seamlessly.

This update changes what Mouse is. Not just a workflow tool anymore — Mouse now thinks alongside you.

We've introduced AI-powered workflow suggestions. After you've been using Mouse for a few days, it starts analyzing your patterns and suggesting automations you haven't built yet but probably should. Things like — noticing you always manually move new Typeform responses into a Notion database, and suggesting a workflow that does it automatically. Or seeing that your team is spending time on a repetitive Slack notification task and offering to handle it for you. The more you use Mouse, the smarter it gets about your specific workflow habits.

We also completely redesigned the onboarding experience. New users now go through a short 3-step setup that gets them to their first working automation in under 5 minutes. We tested the old onboarding and found that many new users were dropping off before they ever felt the magic of Mouse. That's fixed now.

Dark mode is also finally here. We know. You've been asking. It's here. It looks great.
